Now includes Cable ( attached as one piece ) with this item.
Newest part number = 3019221
The Motors are now shipping from manufacturer with the Wires attached internally.
So you just need to “Plug” the new wire cable into the back of the Control Board, and remove your old separate wiring.
You can and must “make it work”, as they do not make the motors with separate connections any longer.
